Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for changing your mind, or if you found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. We are competitively priced, we do not price match.

Shipping Damage Claims:

If you receive damaged items caused by transportation and handling, contact us immediately. We will address the issue with the shipper and coordinate a replacement or exchange. Please photograph the package, and repackage in its original packaging where possible, and we'll facilitate the return process.

Damages and Incorrect Item (Not As Ordered)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please supply photographs (packaging and product).

Certain items, such as custom products (special orders, personalised items) and sale items (where fault has been indicated on the product page), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. We also do not accept returns on sale items where the product description states that the product has a fault.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are faulty.
  • Please send in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. Do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way.
  • Relevant photographs may be required to process your return in case of fitment issues, flaws, or defects.

Inspection & Refund:

  • All returns undergo inspection.
  • Items must be unused, undriven, not modified, and undamaged to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refused Shipment:

  • Freight charges apply both ways on refused shipments.
  • Additional freight charges will be credited to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.

International Customers:

  • Duties and taxes will not be refunded for returned items.

Notification & Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll inform you about its approval or rejection. If approved, we will either issue a replacement or a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Do note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

  • For expedited exchanges, kindly return your item(s) and, upon acceptance, place a new order for the desired item(s).
  • Exchange items must be ordered within 14 days of return acceptance.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be offered a replacement or refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
